Welcoming Cheryl Ming

Cheryl Ming is a brain stem stroke survivor and mother of 2. Her recovery is notable in that she was completely debilitated but learned to walk and speak again, as well as attain several degrees in the process of her recovery. She has previously done work with the Out S.M.A.R.T.® Stroke Foundation, presenting her story to high school students so they are more aware of stroke. She has been hired as a grant researcher for Hope After Stroke and will also be paid by the Foundation as a speaker for events. We here at HASF welcome her on board.
